Dr. Alison Kole is the founder of the Oak Health Center Sleep telemedicine program, where she parlayed her decade of clinical experience into a Direct Specialty Care model. She is triple board-certified in sleep, pulmonary, and critical care medicine. She earned her MD/MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine and trained at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center/UCLA. Through the “Sleep Is My Waking Passion” podcast, public speaking, and role as Vice-Chair of the AASM Advocacy Committee, she advocates for sleep as a cornerstone of health and for advances in national sleep health initiatives. Dr. Kole’s practice philosophy emphasizes that sleep is foundational to wellness, and she takes a holistic approach, exploring every aspect of a patient’s life to help them achieve restorative sleep.
